General Terms and Conditions of Sale – DoliAddons

DoliAddons is a subsidiary of NEXT GESTION.

1 – General Provisions

1.1 – All transactions carried out on the site https://doliaddons.com are subject to these general terms and conditions of sale, which prevail over any other conditions, except for a written waiver agreed with our parent company NEXT GESTION S.A.R.L.

1.2 – The information, prices, and descriptions on our site or in any other document are provided for informational purposes only. DoliAddons reserves the right to modify them at any time, without prior notice.

1.3 – Orders must be placed exclusively online using the following secure payment methods: MasterCard, Visa, JCB, Discover, Diners Club, and CMI. Any other payment method requires prior and explicit agreement from our company.

2 – Prices and Deadlines

2.1 – Prices are indicated including all taxes (TTC) and are not subject to discounts. DoliAddons reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, without prior notification.

2.2 – Delivery times are given as an indication and do not constitute a contractual commitment. DoliAddons will do its best to respect the announced deadlines but cannot be held responsible for delays due to technical or IT constraints.

2.3 – Unless otherwise stated, digital products are available for immediate download after payment validation.

3 – Payment Terms

3.1 – All payments must be made online via the secure payment methods mentioned in section 1.3. No other method will be accepted without explicit agreement from DoliAddons.

3.2 – The current payment method is via the CMI payment gateway. Any exception requires prior written authorization from our company.

4 – Intellectual Property

All products purchased or downloaded on the site remain the exclusive property of DoliAddons. Resale, redistribution, or reproduction without written authorization is prohibited. Any infringement may result in legal action.

5 – Warranties and Responsibilities

5.1 – DoliAddons does not guarantee any specific results related to the use of its products. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure module compatibility with their technical environment.

5.2 – No warranty covers possible software incompatibilities. No refund can be granted on this basis.

5.3 – Product effectiveness depends on the user's technical skills. DoliAddons cannot be held responsible for improper or uncontrolled use.

6 – Limitation of Liability

DoliAddons' liability, in case of dispute, is strictly limited to the amount paid for the product or service concerned.

7 – Confidentiality

DoliAddons undertakes to keep strictly confidential all information transmitted by its clients in the context of its services.

8 – Force Majeure

DoliAddons cannot be held responsible for delays, errors, or impossibility to perform its contractual obligations when these are due to force majeure, such as: war, strikes, network outages, or major technical failures.

9 – Miscellaneous Provisions

9.1 – Any modification of these general terms and conditions of sale must be the subject of a written agreement between DoliAddons and the client.

9.2 – If any clause is declared invalid, the other provisions remain fully applicable.

9.3 – The failure by DoliAddons or the client to exercise a right provided in these conditions does not constitute a waiver of that right.
